Mini Buffet Catering

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Order has to be placed 3 days in advance.
2. Catering Buffet setup includes tables, skirting, and food warmers.
3. Disposable wares, napkins, and trash bags are provided.
4. Mini Buffet packed in disposable trays and comes with a thermal bag but no setup.
5. According to SFA regulations, food should be cousumed within 3 hours

6. Delivery charges:
• Catering Buffet w setup: $90* (2-way return trip and waste disposal).
• Mini Buffet w/o setup: $50* (1-way trip).
• Additional area surcharge: $20 (inclusive of 9% GST) applies to delivery to Sentosa and CBD.
• Additional distance surcharge: $20 (inclusive of 9% GST) applies to delivery to addresses that are 15 km or more from NFK. Distance is determined using Google Maps.
• $60* - $100* for events before 11am.
• $60* - $100* for delivery without direct lift access or far from lift.

7. Collection is 3 hours after delivery; later times subject to availability.
8. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. For melamine plates, porcelain tableware, tables, stools, and glassware, please inquire for a quote.

PAYMENT TERMS

- Full payment to be made upon confirmation
- No refund is made for any cancellation 2 days before the event.
- Administrative charge of $100 is applicable for any cancellation after payment has been made.
- New Fut Kai accept payment method via Bank Transfer OCBC 689-198489-001 / PAYNOW UEN 53002348B
- Provide payment advice screenshot after payment made.
